For Fabiana Africain, writing isn’t just a passion — it’s a divine calling with a divine purpose. With a literary career rooted in faith, perseverance, and personal experience, she has transformed her journey into books that inspire, uplift, and guide others toward spiritual growth. From breaking the single parent stigma to navigating spiritual warfare, her words resonate deeply with readers seeking encouragement and truth.
As a thriving content creator and live host on TikTok, she connects with a global audience, offering wisdom, motivation, and guidance on writing, faith, and personal development. Whether it’s through her best-selling books or her engaging social media presence, her mission remains the same — to leave a legacy of faith, empowerment, and transformation.
Many authors say their first book is deeply personal. How does your own life story or cultural background influence your writing?
All my books are deeply personal, especially “The Single Parent Stigma” . This book is based on my personal experience and the negative stigma that I faced when I was raising my son who is almost twenty eight years old. This book will definitely encourage a single parent who has experienced those negative stigmas too. That experience influenced my writing, and I always say I wrote my books with passion to encourage and inspire my readers.
Writing a book is one thing, but publishing and promoting it is another. What has been the most rewarding and the most challenging aspect of being a published author?
Yes, writing a book is one thing, but publishing and promoting is another. As I always say, being an accomplished author was not on my vision board, lol, but I trust in the Lord because he knows the plans that he has for me. The most rewarding aspect of being a published author is that I am able to connect with my readers because I have decided it is best to have my own online bookstore in addition to my books being published on popular platforms. My readers connect with me via email or TikTok and they truly appreciate my work, that is priceless. One of the challenges I faced was with my book “Prayers Against Different Types of Spiritual Problems” the devil never wants God’s children to be delivered from spiritual problems. When I decided to convert this book to paperback, I woke up the next day to see all my books deleted from a very popular platform. I knew this was a spiritual attack because that same night I saw in my dreams that the devil was telling God that my book should not be published, God replied, her book will be worldwide. You see, as a devoted Christian I immediately started to fast and pray and of course I won the victory. My books are published on a more reputable platform now, so everything worked in my favor. This is why God will always get the Glory, my books are worldwide.
How do you define success as an author? Is it book sales, impact, legacy, or something else?
I define success in three categories: impact, legacy, sales. Impact is very important to me, because when my readers purchase my books, I want them to be satisfied and feel like they have learned something from it. Legacy comes second and is very important too. I want to leave an indelible legacy for my son, future grandchildren, my husband and my readers. Even when I am long gone, I want my books to still have an impact for future generations. Just like how the Icon Michael Jackson (King of Pop) was one of the most significant figures of the 20th century; he left a powerful legacy for his fans. Sales are great too, but that comes last because my husband takes care of me and makes sure I never lack.

If you could have a conversation with your younger self before publishing your first book, what advice would you give her?
I remember when my first eBook Commanding Your Mornings was published on Amazon in 2023. I was nervous at first, lol, but I remember that I had asked God for vision and ideas and he delivered. I can remember telling myself, I don’t know anything about writing a book. From that point on, Commanding Your Mornings turned from audio to eBook to now paperback. (My husband and I read it every morning). I had to do some research and submitted my manuscript to Amazon and three days later, my book was published. The advice I would have given my younger self before I published my book would be stop overthinking and just do it. God is faithful and never disappoints.
Please share with us a quote or passage from one of your books that you think is a vital message in today’s climate.
One of my favorite quotes I love to say is to always establish a good relationship with God first. Establishing a good relationship with God is really in our best interest because according to Jeremiah 29:11, it states “ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and future”. This is from my book The Secret Sauce for A Successful Relationship in chapter two. This quote is a vital message in today’s climate.
For those who are just learning about your outstanding literary career, which book would you recommend first and why?
Out of all my books, the book I would recommend first would be The Secrets To Winning God’s Heart/The Powerful Benefits of Saving Your Soul. This book is the blueprint to establishing a solid relationship with God and I provide tips about fasting and why it is beneficial to fast and lastly how to ensure your name is added to the Book of Life.

Congratulations on building a huge audience on TikTok. What would you like to say to all of your supporters?
Thank you, yes with God’s grace I have an awesome audience on TikTok as I am a frequent LIVE Host there where I encourage and inspire my audience and answer any questions about how to start writing a book and also preach the Gospel for those who do not know Christ. I would like to say thank you to all my supporters, thank you for purchasing my books and may each and everyone of you be blessed and prosperous because each book has been written with passion and care, they have been prayed on before they were published, so anyone who reads them will always be blessed and prosperous.
What’s next? Is there a particular book or project you’re working on now that you’re especially excited about?
What is next is I am going to keep marketing to reach more readers and continue to attend business seminars, continue doing podcasts and radio interviews. Remember how I like to build in silence, I would suggest my new readers to connect with me on my social accounts since I prefer to post my projects after they are completed lol.
