Dr. Sharon H. Porter (Dr. Sharon) , resides in the Washington, DC area and is the President of SHP Enterprise, Inc, the umbrella entity for Perfect Time SHP LLC Publishing Firm, SHP Media and Broadcasting, and Vision & Purpose LifeStyle Magazine.. She is the host of the I Am Dr. Sharon Radio Show and host and creator of five podcasts. Dr. Sharon is the Executive Director of The Next In Line to Lead Aspiring Principals Leadership Academy (APLA) and Founder of Young Ladies Who L.E.A.D. Dr. Sharon is the author of The Power of Networking: How to Achieve Success With Business Networking, Next In Line to Lead: The Voice of the Assistant Principal, Class of 2017 What’s Next?” the Women Who Lead: Book Series, North Carolina Girls Living In A Maryland World, Fifty & Fabolous, and author and visionary for the HBCU Experience Anthology Book series. Ted Fells, Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President


Ted Fells has more than 25 years of leadership experience building and guiding NucoreVision, Inc., (NVI) a Small Business IT firm headquartered in Lanham MD. An accomplished strategist, his expertise in operations and business development has driven NVI’s notable enterprise growth in Cyber Security, Enterprise Information Technology Solutions, and Management Consulting services. Described by his employees and business associates as fair, honest, dedicated, and hard-working, Mr. Fells’ professional career began as a Federal IT project manager and an integral part of a team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of over 600 computer networks nationwide for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Offering a combination of innovation and operational strengths, Ted Fells has developed a network of customers within the federal state, local and private sectors worldwide. NVI customers include the Department of Defense, The Executive Office of the President, the Department of Homeland Security, and various other agencies. Mr. Fells is also a Partner of NexxtOne Sports and Entertainment Management Firm, a Washington, DC-based lifestyle, business, and wealth management firm for executives, athletes, and entertainers, as well as the Chief Visionary Officer for NexxtOne Academy a 501c3, focused on preparing underserved youth involved in Science Technology Engineering, Athletics, Arts and Math (STEAAM). Ted Fells is not only committed to business but very committed to building his community. He is currently involved in mentoring programs within various organizations and is very active within his church, Mount Zion Baptist Church in Arlington Virginia. Maisha B. Hoye, Chief Marketing Officer


Maisha Hoye is the CEO of BSHG, LLC which manages and markets Customer 1st Marketing, Maisha’s Lemonade Stand and other entrepreneurial brands. She believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and all her companies are created with the philosophy of Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics.)

Her mission is to create wealth opportunities for herself, family and clients through the spirit of entrepreneurship and marketing know-how.

She started Maisha’s Lemonade Stand as way to fulfill that mission. Since 2012, she has monetized and built the blog up to year over year growth with posts and advertisers that focus on the #HealthyWealthyWise and inspire entrepreneurs.

With her company Customer 1st Marketing, Maisha has developed marketing programs for startups to mid-size organizations, all with limited budgets and resources, in very competitive and innovative marketplaces. Ms. Hoye believes that successful marketing programs begin with the assessment of the business from the customer’s point of view and then develop marketing action plans.

Prior to her entrepreneur journey Maisha’s career in Marketing was all about lead generation and hitting revenue goals. In these positions she also rebranded companies, created marketing and sales processes and her companies won Partner of the Year awards, recognition from state and local governments and Supplier Diversity awards.

A proud Hampton University Bachelor's Degree graduate and proud single mother, she gives back to her school as Communication and Fundraising Chair of the local chapter and serves as President of her son’s high school.
