With their lives hanging in the balance, these brave individuals are turning to world-renowned bariatric surgeon Dr. Younan Nowzaradan—known affectionately as Dr. Now—to help them embark on a life-saving transformation.
Set against the backdrop of Dr. Now's acclaimed medical facility in Houston, Texas, this 10-episode, two-hour-long series offers an unfiltered, raw look into the lives of those at a critical lose-or-die point. Through deeply personal diary footage and heartfelt confessions, viewers will witness the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges faced by individuals striving to reclaim their health and futures.
