What does the word “vision” mean to you, and how has it guided your journey as an entrepreneur?
Daija: To me, vision means having a clear picture of the future you want to create. It’s more than setting goals — it’s about dreaming boldly, staying focused on your purpose, and aligning every action with that greater mission. As an entrepreneur, my vision has been my compass, guiding me through moments of uncertainty, setbacks, and self-doubt. When the path wasn’t clear, my vision reminded me of the impact I wanted to make and the lives I aimed to touch. It gave me the courage to take risks and the persistence to keep going despite challenges.
When you first imagined Luxury Credit Company and Luxury Tax Pros, what was the bigger purpose driving your vision?
Daija: The driving force behind my companies has always been my desire to help others. I wanted to educate, motivate, and lead my clients toward living a better quality of life. Financial empowerment isn’t just about numbers — it’s about creating a foundation for stability, opportunity, and personal growth.
How do you balance the immediate financial needs of your clients with the long-term vision of building generational wealth?
Daija: I focus on addressing immediate goals and needs while also providing a roadmap for future goals and generational wealth building. In most cases, my clients’ short-term goals align with their long-term aspirations. When they don’t, I offer new perspectives and practical suggestions to ensure their immediate efforts contribute to a sustainable and prosperous future.
Your work bridges financial empowerment and self-love. How do you help your clients align their financial goals with their personal purpose?
Daija: Helping clients align their financial goals with their personal purpose is at the heart of what I do. It starts with understanding that money is not just a tool — it’s a reflection of values, priorities, and dreams. I work with clients to clarify their purpose and set intentional goals that support their vision for life. By aligning their financial decisions with their personal values, they can create a life that is both purposeful and fulfilling.
If you could describe your life’s purpose in one sentence, what would it be?
Daija: My life’s purpose is to be an educator, empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to live a better quality of life.
What advice would you give to women who feel they’ve lost sight of their vision while navigating financial struggles?
Daija: I would say, first, reconnect with your “why.” Reflect on why you started your journey in the first place and reignite that passion. Then reevaluate your vision — sometimes life changes, and your vision may need to adapt. Create a new plan with small, actionable steps and celebrate each win along the way. Lastly, don’t be afraid to seek support when needed. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
How do you ensure that your businesses remain purpose-driven, even as they grow?
Daija: I stay true to my core values and mission. I periodically evaluate whether my businesses still align with those values and make adjustments as needed. This intentional reflection ensures that even as we expand, our work continues to serve our clients and communities in meaningful ways.
Any exclusive news you can share with us?
Daija: I’m thrilled to announce that in Q1, I’ll be launching a new DIY credit repair program. This initiative is designed to provide affordable credit repair options to those who may not have the resources to enroll in my full program. It’s another step in my mission to make financial empowerment accessible to everyone.
