One of the highlights of the day was the Vision Board Activity, where attendees were encouraged to dream big, set goals, and map out their futures in a creative and inspiring way. This interactive experience was a reminder that every girl has the power to design the life she envisions.


An Unforgettable Performance & Keynote Address

The Dazzling Divas lit up the stage with an energizing and dynamic performance that had the entire audience on their feet, celebrating the joy and unity of sisterhood.

Capping off the event was an unforgettable keynote address by Morgan Chavis, whose words ignited a fire within every attendee. She shared her journey of perseverance, success, and self-belief, leaving the audience motivated to chase their dreams fearlessly.

With a passion for equity and community development, she has spearheaded program development strategies and outreach initiatives to support marginalized groups, including disabled individuals, low-income families, and disadvantaged students.


As a strategic collaborator, she has strengthened partnerships with community stakeholders, mobilized outreach efforts, and championed diversity and inclusion integration. Her leadership spans cross-functional program development, implementation, and evaluation.


In addition to her work in education, she serves as Chief of Staff, collaborating with the CEO on strategic goal planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement. She is also a best-selling author of No Shame in My Pain and co-author of From Pain to Power.


Stacy S. Crawley


As a Self-Love Specialist, Speaker, and Transformational Coach, and Author, Stacy S. Crawley is passionate about helping women and young girls rediscover their worth, build self-confidence and step boldly into their God-given purpose.


Her mission is to guide individuals on a transformative journey of self-discovery, spiritual alignment, and personal growth, empowering them to release the past, embrace self-love, and live authentically.
